How much is the shipping cost?
Normally, the products in our store are shipped out separately unless same items are included in the same order.
If the items listed as ‘Free shipping’, which means no shipping cost will be charged for those items delivered to the United States via seller’s defaulted shipping method.
The shipping costs are varied to destinations, and it is shown and included in your purchase order.
Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?
Normally, our customers would not be charged any tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel will be destroyed and not returned.
How long does delivery take?
Most items will be shipped out within 3-7 working days since the order is confirmed. And it will take 2-4 weeks for the transportation.

Can I cancel my order?
There are two types of order cancellation:
- Cancelling an unpaid order.
An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours, or please log into your account, click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled.
- Cancelling a paid order.
You can cancel the order under "My Orders" before the order is shipped out.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund, please refer to our Return Policy. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
How can I return items?
You may check out our Return Policy first, then contact our customer service team at email@example.com about the item(s) you return.
Note: Item ID or SKU is needed, so that we can process your return request and offer the nearest return address to you.
How do I choose my size?
The most effective way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them to the detailed sized chart. You could find a size reference on every product page. This will help you pick what size is best for your body type.
"One size" does not necessarily fit all sizes but means there’s only one size for this product.
