You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll accept the return of unused, unworn and unwashed products, in the same condition that you received it, or any defective merchandise purchased on DearHotSale.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for the address of return, and please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
How to return
Steps are easy to follow:
- Start your return by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
III. Please put your authorization number next to the Recipient name. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
Refunds (if applicable)
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package and inspected the item(s). We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued via the original method of payment.
Returning shipping charges must be prepaid and are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery or freight collect).
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
